All bets placed on k5555 are final and binding once confirmed. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k5555. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, k5555 will return any verified real-money balance to the account holder via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
